Son of a self-taught lumberjack restaurateur, Vincent Favre-Félix took over the reins of the family restaurant at the Col de la Forclaz at barely 23 years old. A few years later he ended up selling it and then went through several great French kitchens to finally settle at the Auberge du Lac in Veyrier-du-Lac where he stayed for 7 years.
Haut-Savoyard by birth, rooted in his region, he carries within him a cuisine of assertive tastes and audacity like the one he deeply admires in the three-starred chef Laurent PETIT.
Imaginative, hyperactive, entrepreneur, Vincent Favre-Félix embarks on his life project in which he wants to assert himself completely and which he carries with pride and energy. He opened his own restaurant which combines elegant and refined cuisine in the heart of a museum restaurant.
